Work description

Phrases – essentials of tonal music – without motivic or functional harmonic correlation are the starting point for a computer-based transformation. The instrumental parts are the result of search algorithms that consider global directional processes, logical limitations concerning repetition and non-repetition, and a statistically weighted fundamental tone reference that changes in color. Various base characteristics – that one might interpret as traditional "gestures" – derive from the variation of control parameters.
